The service covers the test all major components and supply and fit of up to 2 minor components.

Service level 2: VM1
Price: $220 + delivery + sales tax
Test all major components and supply and fit of 1 major component (excluding the motherboard) and up to 2 minor components.
Service level 3: VM1
Price: $315 + delivery + sales tax
Test all major components and supply and fit of up to 2 major components (including the motherboard) and up to 3 minor components.
Minor components include re-flashing to latest OS, S/W or OS reconfiguration, keyboard membrane, backup battery, plastic bezel, connectors and digitizer.
Major level 2 components include part housing, internal circuit boards (excluding motherboard), WLAN module, WWAN module, LCD display, Uninterruptible Power Supply.
Major level 3 components – motherboard (MLB).
All parts replaced during the service are supplied with a one year parts and labour warranty.
